Home Based Health Care Skills Programme Training
KZNPPHC established a Training Academy in 2009. Intake is 3 times a year and depends on a minimum of 25 learners per class. The following courses are offered
Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) –Jobs Fund
KZNPPHC was awarded a 3-year contract by DBSA to coordinate training of 200 Learner Basic Pharmacist Assistants.
Learners are recruited throughout the KZN Province in particular, but also around the country.

HWSETA Funded Learnerships
Since 2004 KZNPPHC has been involved in a learnership programme in alignment with the National Skills Development Strategy to bridge skills gaps in different employment levels including employed and unemployed categories.
