The governing structure of the organisation comprises of 11 Board of Directors including the Exective Director. The KZNPPHC Board is committed to sound and transparent governance that will enhance its relationship with the stakeholders, build a productive culture of good corporate governance, leadership and embrace corporate practices based on values, integritity, excellence and equitity within the organisation. KZNPPHC endorses the Code of Corporate Practices and Conduct as contained in the King 11 Report.
